01 · Research in, archetypes out

Upload the raw material — transcripts, surveys, PDFs, spreadsheets — and personas get assembled from it rather than from a blank prompt. Each card carries a Big Five profile, a depth score, and the number of nodes behind it, so it stays visible how much evidence is actually holding the face up.

02 · Personas that talk back

Finished archetypes can be put in a room together. They hold a conversation in turn, in their own voices, about whatever you put in front of them, and their Big Five profiles can be compared side by side while they do it. Change a node upstream and everything downstream recomposes — the scores, the summary, and how they talk.
