01 · The system, not the ad

Five campaigns and four specializations scaled consistently across 37 markets. Creative delivery built around master assets, templates, and localization workflows for both B2B and B2C, in close collaboration with the production team in India. More than 3,000 assets delivered across social, digital, video, and OOH.

02 · One idea, 37 markets

The campaign mechanic — “it takes 128 jobs to land a plane, but one place to apply for all of them” — rebuilt per market and specialization: same structure, different numbers, languages, and imagery. Aviation, digital, operational, professional; Swedish unicorns, French automotive, UK customer service.

03 · AI in the pipeline

130+ AI-generated images fed the campaign system, produced through non-destructive, node-based workflows (ComfyUI, Figma Weave) with reusable flows and prompt frameworks. Brand consistency was the hard problem: keeping generated imagery on-brand across 37 markets and four specializations meant the workflow mattered more than any single model. Generation was treated as a production step with the same QA as shot photography.

04 · Workflow over output

As GenAI lead, designed the generative production workflow the transcreation team operated in — image, copy, audio, and video localised for 37 markets. That meant the unglamorous parts too: tool scouting, vendor negotiations, and clearing the legal and compliance blockers that decide whether AI production scales or stalls. The approach became a blueprint reused across Accenture. The campaign was shown at Cannes.
